Can I visit the farm?

Unfortunately we cannot accomodate unannounced farm visits or farm tours. Our home is located on site. Occasionally we allow established clients to visit us in-person. Our booked-in wedding clients are invited to visit for an in person consultation and to view various flowers on site.

Can I have a same day order/delivery?

Our flowers are cut and arranged to order. When you place an order for our flowers they are cut the evening before the delievery date and allowed to rest and drink water in our 120 year old stone built studio where it is cool and dark. This is called "conditioning". Flowers that have been conditioned last considerably longer than those that have not. Therefore it is imperitive that orders are placed a minimum of 24 hours before they are required. For this reason same day ordering and delivery is not possible from Howe Hill.

How are your flowers wrapped/presented?

We wrap our flowers in paper only. They are professionally gift wrapped with FSC approved paper, undyed tissue paper and tied with biodegradable garden twine. We do not use sellotape to fasten the papers, we use a metal staple which will eventually break down naturally. Our designer gift bouquet is presented in a recycleable kraft box which is lined with a strong plastic insert. The plastic insert can be re-used multiple times, simply wash with warm water and a mild dish soap and hang to dry.

Where can I buy your flowers from?

Our flowers are for sale directly from us via this website, and through our Facebook & Instagram shop. From mid May to late August we attend Kinsale Farmers Market on Wednesdays, from 9am to 1pm with a selection of our own and other Irish grown flowers and plants. Between April and September you can buy our flowers through our retail partners; The Roughty Foodie Stall in The English Market in Cork City, Leafling Mercantile in Ballinspittle Village, and Rebecca's Kitchen Farmshop between Kilbrittain & Timoleague Villages. We also sell through NeighbourFood at both Kinsale and Timoleague.
