My name is Flicky Howe and I am a designer, artist and flower grower.

Flowers and nature nourish my soul, and I share the love and joy they bring to me by creating beautifully considered arrangements with them, for both everyday and special day enjoyment.
​
My art and design training fuels my creative eyes and crafting hands; seeking out the most exquisite and interesting botanical ingredients to develop compositions filled with colour and textural combinations. My artistic style might be described as "abundant country garden with a wild bohemian peppering". I have learned that the most magical ingredients are found growing in my gardens and the wild places I love to explore - woodlands, hedgerows, clifftops and mountain sides.
Flowers, for us, are the absolute shining stars of the whole show.

We grow our own flowers in our West Cork cutting gardens from mid March to late September each year. Growing our own flowers has many, many benefits not only to both us and our clients, but also to the environment.
​
We fervently believe our flowers to be of far superior quality to any commercially grown item. They hold a luminous quality, are full of vibrant colour and texture, have rousing scents, and almost whisper words with their beautiful being.
The flowers that we grow are an entirely different and alternative product to standard florist's fare ~ we akin our produce and service to that of a beautifully crafted sourdough bread from an artisan bakery!
